Due to the limited nature of our items, returns/refunds/exchanges aren't offered at this time.
In the unlikely case one of your items arrives damaged or you have any other issues, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll be able to resolve it. We strive for the best support possible and will reply as quickly as we can.
Currently our products are sold on a made-to-order basis. Everything is hand printed and shipped from our HQ located in NJ. Because of this, your order will take roughly 1-2 weeks to ship depending on how many orders we have to fulfill. As soon as your order goes out you'll receive an email with tracking.
Orders inside the United States generally arrive within 5 business days once they've been shipped. For international orders, please allow 1-4 weeks for shipping and delivery due to custom clearances and other factors out of our control. Delivery time varies by location.
